Dental implants occupy a place comparable to natural dentition and have the same appearance.
In our clinic in Turkey we offer high quality titanium implants from 380 €.
A dental implant is an artificial root (a screw) inserted into the jawbone to replace a missing tooth. The implants are produced from titanium which is biocompatible and totally anti-allergic.
Our clinic works with many brands of implants.
We know that many patients are afraid of this procedure but we can reassure you that you will feel no pain during the implantation procedure and no inconvenience afterwards.
Implants with crown bridges are the best option to replace missing teeth.
You will have fixed teeth, very strong, durable and of course comfortable and aesthetic. In addition, dental implants preserve the bone mass of the jaw.
To replace all the teeth in the jaw, you don’t have to put an implant for each missing tooth. In total, if there are no more teeth (edentulism) you have to put 6 or 7 implants per jaw on which you put the bridges of the crowns (on average you put 12-14 teeth / crowns per jaw).
CARE WITH IMPLANTS IS DONE IN 2 STEPS
Implant placement: After the implant has been placed, it takes 3-4 months for osseointegration to occur (healing). For the months of waiting we can produce a temporary prosthesis.
Prosthetic phase: to complete the treatment, ceramic crowns or crown bridges are placed on the implants (fixed option).
There is a technique that allows immediate loading. If the bone mass is sufficient and the bone is solid, the crowns can be placed during the same stay without waiting for the implants to heal.
The bone must be in good condition and strong enough to receive the implants. If the bone volume is insufficient, it must be increased by bone grafting techniques
PROSTHESIS CLIPPED OR SCREWED ON IMPLANTS
There is another less expensive solution except the installation of crowns to finalize the care and replace the missing teeth. You can put a fixed prosthesis screwed on the implants – all on 4 system – prosthesis on a bar fixed on the implants. The prosthesis remains fixed and does not come off.
